What we do

International Festivals & Competitions

WAPA curates high-level stages across dance, music, theatre, and allied performing arts. Open calls and invitations bring together emerging and established artists before international juries. Clear rules, transparent scoring, and professional feedback lead to awards, touring offers, and new collaborations.

Masterclasses & Concerts with International Faculty

Intensive workshops, residencies, and one-to-one coaching with renowned professors, choreographers, and conductors. Programs focus on technique, repertoire, stagecraft, and career development, often culminating in showcase concerts or studio showings where participants perform alongside faculty.

Producing & Artist Development

From portfolio and EPK reviews to repertoire planning and production support, WAPA helps artists shape projects that travel. Services include mentorship, co-productions with partner institutions, grant and festival pitching guidance, and connections to presenters and agents to turn ideas into stages.

Continental & World Congresses / Assemblies

Annual and regional gatherings unite members, chapters, and partners to set priorities for the sector. Panels, policy roundtables, and best-practice sessions address standards, safety, funding, mobility, and education. Congresses also host networking forums and MoU signings with festivals and institutions.

TV Projects in 8 Countries

WAPA collaborates with broadcasters and production companies to create cultural television formats—galas, competitions, and documentary features. These projects expand audience reach and visibility for artists while meeting broadcast standards on rights, safety, and editorial integrity. (Reported by WAPA.)

80+ International Projects per Year (reported)

WAPA reports delivering more than eighty projects annually across approximately fifty-eight countries—a year-round calendar of festivals, competitions, masterclasses, concerts, congresses, and special initiatives. This scale enables continuous opportunities for artists and institutions throughout the world.
